Key Responsibilities · Proactively contribute to the development of the Guitar department. · Conduct and organise online/offline classes punctually and rigorously. · Coordinate with students and other faculty to ensure school’s operational efficiency. · Develop and implement the Guitar curriculum, including technique, repertoire, and ensemble performance. · Participate in student jams and student showcases.
