Job Description

Starting at $ per hour | Requires flexibility to work various shifts

Perform the daily operations of Guest Services under the direction of the Guest Services Supervisor. Consistently provide excellent guest service by greeting and communicating with all guests in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with enrollment, comping, point redemption and issuance in a friendly and courteous manner.

  • Recruit and encourage new members by understanding and relaying the benefits of the program to guests.

  • Act as the ambassador for the facility by greeting all guests who enter. Accurately explain current promotions to guests and encourage participation. 

  • Provide VIP services when scheduled to work in the Eagle Lounge. These services include: making hotel reservations, making event reservations, answering VIP phone calls, and other services as assigned.
