The Reception and Guest Services team ensures exceptional service for every guest, welcoming over 300 daily check‑ins and check‑outs. They assist with procedures, provide information, and address concerns to create a warm atmosphere and a positive impression of the guest experience.

About the role

• Meet and greet guests upon their arrival at the Hotel, assisting with luggage where necessary and ensuring first impressions are both professional and friendly.
• Ensure Porters carry out their duties to departmental standards on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Store left luggage (e.g., for early arrivals or late departures) in the porter lobby, ensuring it is tagged and secured.
• Assist guests with luggage to and from their bedrooms as required, explaining bedroom facilities and Hotel services.
• Ensure all guest queries and enquiries are dealt with promptly, efficiently, and in a courteous manner.
