**Key Responsibilities**
**Room Cleaning & Maintenance**
+ Clean and service guest rooms as per hotel standards and daily assignment sheet.
+ Make beds, change linen, and replace guest amenities.
+ Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
+ Ensure all fixtures, furniture, and equipment are clean and in proper condition.
+ Report maintenance issues and lost & found items immediately.
**Public Area Cleaning**
+ Maintain cleanliness of corridors, pantry areas, elevators, and public spaces.
+ Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain organized and clean.
**Guest Service**
+ Respond courteously to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
+ Maintain professional behavior and positive guest interaction at all times.
+ Ensure privacy and security of guest belongings while cleaning rooms.
