Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas as per hotel SOPs and brand standards.
+ Replace linens, towels, guest supplies, and room amenities.
+ Ensure all rooms are maintained in a neat, hygienic, and presentable condition.
+ Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.
+ Follow daily room assignment sheets and complete tasks within the required time.
+ Maintain proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
+ Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
+ Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
+ Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering departments whenever required.
+ Attend departmental briefings and training sessions regularly.
+ Follow grooming and attendance standards as per hotel policy.
