About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring their journey to and from K'gari (Fraser Island) is seamless and enjoyable. The role will include providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and assisting guests with their inquiries. 

You will be based at Sealink's mainland office, working with a dynamic team at the picturesque location of River Heads. This position is a part time 6-month contract role, with potential to extend. Working 7am - 4pm, 3 - 4 days weekly, including some weekends, across a 14-day roster.

We are looking for someone who is local to the Hervey Bay area, who is able to provide outstanding customer service and work in a professional and efficient manner.
