Job Description
Boutique Safari Lodge situated Welgevonden Game Reserve is looking for a Guest Liaison & Relations Manager.
The lodge host a small number of guests at a time and pride themselves on delivering intimate, high-touch service with a focus on personal connection, attention to detail and authentic bushveld hospitality.
The Guest Liaison & Relations Manager will be the face of the lodge from the moment a guest books until they check out.
You will own the guest journey, pre-arrival communication, in-stay experience, and post-stay follow up, while handling the admin that keeps the FOH running smoothly.
The role blends hospitality, relationship management, and light administration....
