The Guest Experience Coordinator - Field Sports is one of the most important roles within the Glenlyon Estate. The overall feel of the Club, and to each person’s time on property is down to your organisational skills, creativity and quick thinking. The thoughtful handling of the varied aspects of the members’ experience is vital in this role. Coordinate a wide variety of high-quality sporting experiences that are well-managed and offer our guests an authentic experience in an unforgettable natural setting.

This role supports a framework adding surprises and unique events for our guests; you work closely with each department to drive experience-driven operations with creative handling; and develop genuine relationships with prospective members, members and their families.
