We're an early-stage, high-trust, high-performing team of Senior management professionals with expertise in sales, product, and operations management at Big Tech.
What you’ll do
Visit and engage SMBs to understand how they actually run day-to-day operations.
Map business processes and workflows (sales, ops, finance, support, etc.) and spot where automation and AI remove friction, errors, or delay.
Turn those insights into clear, practical recommendations and deployment-ready applications (using Claude / Cursor / no-code or low-code where it fits) so stakeholders can see the value before full build-out.
Work closely with leadership on pilots, demos, and handoffs for delivery.
