We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product Growth team. You should have a proven track record of driving business growth and a passion for product‑led growth experiences and an AI‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for how users experience Factorial from the first moment, including trial experience, activation, early onboarding, and signals that enable self‑serve expansion.
• Define how AI replaces traditional UX, guidance, and onboarding flows within the product.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in PM, engineering, design, sales, CX, finance, and marketing.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage multiple projects to deliver the most impactful improvements.
