We're looking for someone with comprehensive experience in performance and loyalty marketing, capable of leading acquisition and engagement both on web and app. You will be responsible for designing the full-funnel strategy across paid media and lifecycle marketing, with an absolute focus on efficiency, profitability, and ROI improvement. Your mission: increase qualified leads, reduce CAC, maximize LTV, and optimize every euro invested. This role combines strategic vision with strong analytical capability, leading external agencies, prioritizing digital projects, and actively pursuing innovative solutions that drive measurable results in Iberia.
