Reporting directly to the founder‑owner, you’ll act as the business’s growth engine. Owning every lever that turns clicks into clinks. Think of yourself as both strategist and hands‑on operator: planning budgets, hitting ROAS targets, testing new channels, and presenting results in clear P&L language the owner can act on.
