We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to be a hands-on, execution-first operator and a true right-hand partner to the Director of Growth Marketing.

This role is for someone who:

• Loves being in the platforms


• Is highly analytical and data-oriented


• Is excited to help scale budgets, creative testing, and reporting across growth channels


• Thinks about paid media in the context of the entire business, not just one dashboard

You’ll be deeply involved in paid search, paid social, video, and creator-led advertising, with room to grow across channels and responsibility as we scale.

• Support - build, launch, and optimize campaigns across:




• Paid Search (Google) and YouTube


• Programmatic & CTV (where applicable)


• Meta, TikTok
