The Group Marketing function plays a critical role in driving national brand awareness, targeting candidates for the franchisee opportunity and driving the franchise marketing. It will also support franchise partners, and generating high-quality landlord and property acquisition leads across the UK, working with our Host Marketing Department. 

The Growth Marketing Manager owns the execution of Pass the Keys’ national franchise growth and supporting property acquisition. You will translate the company’s brand vision and commercial objectives into measurable multi-channel campaigns, consistent content output, and increased national visibility.
