Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and highly analytical Growth Marketing Manager to drive sustainable business growth across the full customer lifecycle. This role focuses on experimentation, funnel optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel, from acquisition to retention and monetization
• Design and execute growth experiments across paid, organic, product, and lifecycle channels.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to improve user experience and conversion
