About the RoleWe are looking for a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead the expansion of our construction services marketplace. This role will own the end‑to‑end growth funnel, from acquiring high‑quality users to driving engagement and retention across all platform stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Acquisition- Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Optimize performance based on CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
