We're looking for a data-driven and strategic
Growth Manager
to lead revenue expansion, customer
acquisition, and customer retention across all our channels. You'll own the full growth funnel and work cross-functionally to scale our impact internationally.
Responsibilities Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy across paid, organic, partnerships, and community channels Drive scalable user acquisition across Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop while optimizing CAC and LTV Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives (email, CRM, and loyalty programs) to reduce churn and increase repeat purchase rates Identify and test new growth opportunities through performance marketing, influencer collabs, affiliates, and retail activations Use data to track funnel performance, run experiments, and optimise growth levers Forecast growth budgets, set KPIs, and ensure sustainable ROI on spend Manage and mentor a lean, high-performing team spanning performance, retention, and analytics
