Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager / Lead β Growth & Retention who can own and scale the end-to-end customer lifecycle β from acquisition to retention and revenue expansion. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sustainable growth by optimizing not just CAC, but also retention, engagement, and LTV.
