Job Description
As the core leader of the company’s growth function, you will lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) growth build for C-end APP in the core regions of emerging markets (including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, etc.), developing and implementing full-cycle strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization that deeply align with regional user characteristics, cultural contexts, and compliance requirements. You will build a 0-to-1 overseas growth team adapted to multi-regional markets, with the core goal of driving the product to break through 10,000+ core users and achieve sustained growth in target markets, and building a sustainable growth system. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will quickly respond to market uncertainty and high-pressure business environments across regions, oversee the optimization of digital marketing channels, and establish core growth barriers for the company’s overseas business.
