About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing Web3 startup building innovative infrastructure for digital payments and decentralized finance.

The team is globally distributed across multiple continents and is looking for a highly entrepreneurial Growth Lead to own community growth, user acquisition, activation, and retention across LATAM and global nomad communities.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll be expected to build growth systems from scratch, experiment relentlessly, and drive measurable user adoption.
