AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Growth Director, Defence OEMs to drive strategic growth with key Canadian defence original equipment manufacturers and priority partners. This senior client‑facing role sits within our growth and market leadership organization and plays a critical part in expanding long‑term partnerships, winning complex programs, and aligning OEM priorities with AtkinsRéalis' engineering, program delivery, operations & maintenance, and sustainment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships for a portfolio of priority defence OEM accounts with clear account ownership and disciplined client zipper planning.
• Act as the single point of integration, connecting OEM stakeholders with the appropriate AtkinsRéalis technical experts and delivery teams.
• Build and sustain multi‑level relationships across engineering, programs, supply chain, quality, and sustainment functions.
