• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in event planning or management preferably in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
