Collaborate with the HR Platforms Architecture team to overlook the overall HR IT Landscape.
Create and maintain repositories as required to document the architectural set-up of HR IT applications applying ArchiMate and/or Arc24.
Support the preparation of alignments with Enterprise Architecture Boards, in which new projects are assessed to avoid increase of technical debt.
Support IT risk assessments and compliance review activities.
