Develop, lead and maintain the tax design of corporate structure taking into consideration the strategy set out by the Head of Tax and risk assessment of operational jurisdictions.
Analyze and deliver solutions for global tax developments (such as ATAD, MDR and BEPS).
End-to-end tax management of assessable risk or uncertain tax positions (strategy & structuring, accounting & reporting, compliance, controversy & dispute resolution, transfer pricing, control framework).
Lead the (outsourced) tax compliance cycle for Principal and FinCo.
Handle and supervise the global tax position including tax accounting, compliance, and year‑end audit.
Risk assessment and control of all taxes including tax provisioning.
Lead tax audits and tax litigation, including negotiations with local tax authorities.
