The Coordinator, Group Services is responsible for communicating with guests, Travel Advisors, incentive companies, internal relevant departments and is essential to understand the needs and arrange group and wedding venues, onboard events, and dining requests. Planning and scheduling group events, weddings, special events, in-port functions and dining arrangements are key responsibilities.
