The Opportunity

The Group Portfolio Lead manages a regional group business portfolio within Specialty Personal Insurance, focuses on the group strategy, and contributes to Aviva’s priority to deliver growth at scale and achieve top-quartile profitability. What you'll do:

Support the rate adequacy evaluation and manage profitable growth performance of all groups Grow the number of clients in force by signing up and onboarding new groups; develop go-to-market tactics and strategies to penetrate existing groups Understand and report on regional results to keep PI partners informed on business objectives Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders including distribution partners, Actuarial and Underwriting Reflect the group segment perspective at the relevant tables, committees and projects, while always putting the interests of Aviva first and supporting decisions that reflect the One Aviva mindset Propose and undertake project work to improv...
