Job Description

  • Manage BC and DR plans
  • Adhere to BCM framework for existing and new clients
  • Interfacing with internal / external auditors and clients
  • Liaise with business to deliver on client requirements and deliver as per project timelines for BC implementation, documentation and testing of BC plans 
  • Ensure site / client level activities are conducted and timely reports shared with respective stakeholders
  • Maintain BCM standard documents and standard operating procedures for all BCM related activities
  • Conduct business continuity training programs regularly
  • Own and drive the incident management process and send timely communications
  • Respond to RFI /RFP from business continuity perspective
  • Conduct executed contract review for existing and new clients
  • Should be well versed with MS Office / with...
