Key Responsibilities

The Group Leader will be responsible for building the membership, expertly managing relationships to understand member needs, liaising to initiate and facilitate connections amongst members, and leading program creation and execution. You must collaborate closely with the group's Member Services Associate to enrich the overall member experience.
