POSITION SUMMARY

The Group Facilitator co-facilitates psycho-educational group sessions and provides associated case management functions for clients enrolled in the group.



This position will serve Waterbury and the greater Hartford area. Locations include Hartford, New Britain, Bristol, Middletown, Meriden and Enfield.



SCHEDULE

Ability to work daytime hours strongly preferred.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
