The Group Director, Customer Growth leads the development and execution of omni-channel customer growth strategies that drive acquisition, migration, and long-term retention. As a key strategic leader, this position partners cross-functionally across Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Technology, and Decision Sciences to align on priorities, shape investment decisions, and embed customer-centric thinking into enterprise initiatives. The role oversees the development of scalable growth strategies, measurement frameworks, and experimentation roadmaps to optimize customer outcomes and business performance.
