Join the operational backbone of the Group Claims Administration as a Coordinator. Oversee essential functions including document management and inquiries in a dynamic contract role.
As a Coordinator, your primary focus will be to support the Life and Disability claims administration effectively. You’ll process incoming documents, manage emails, and ensure accurate vendor invoice processing while adhering to privacy standards. This role plays a critical part in streamlining the department's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage claims-related correspondence and documentation
• Facilitate daily operations through effective email management
• Scan, upload, and organize claim documents
• Initiate and verify vendor payment processes
