CH Insurance, an independent insurance agency is seeking a Benefits Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Group Benefits Specialist. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to employer clients by assisting with benefit plan administration, employee enrollments, renewals, and ongoing support for health and ancillary benefit programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely service to our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as a primary point of contact for employer clients regarding employee benefit plans.
· Assist employers and their employees with questions related to health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
