Responsible for the overall cleanliness of building exteriors and the curb appeal of the community by maintaining the highest levels of superb presentation. This includes the amenities, leasing office, model, breezeways, and common areas.





DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Responsible for always providing excellent curb appeal.



+ Daily cleaning of building exteriors, breezeways and hallways including light fixtures, mailbox area, fire extinguisher boxes, entry doors, stairs and railings.
