Job Description
AMLI Residential is looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team at our luxury apartment community in Doral. Enjoy a stable, day-shift schedule (40 hours per week, no nights!) while helping us maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our property.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces daily (including raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed).
Inspect and replace exterior lighting as necessary.
Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are fresh and odor-free.
Regularly clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.
Maintain the swimming pool, equipment, and water quality to ensure safety and cleanliness.
