JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Stedman Community Hospice, and guided by SJLCB’s Mission, Vision and Values, the Grief and Bereavement Practitioner (GBP) operates as a member of the multidisciplinary team championing patient‑centred care in‑house and with the Outreach programs. The GBP will also assist in providing coverage throughout the Haldimand region.
