Responsibilities

• Design brochures, presentations, social media creatives, and advertisements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
• Prepare marketing materials for project launches.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams.
• Prepare files for print and digital use.

Requirements

• Experience in a Real Estate Developer company (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio (real estate projects preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of branding and layout design.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Preferred

• Experience in Dubai real estate market.
• Experience with luxury / premium branding.
• Basic motion graphics skills.
