Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design high‑quality visual assets representing the strategic positioning of Waters brand across channels, including internal and external campaigns/messaging
  • Create innovative designs and concepts for campaigns or initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and use data analysis to understand what is working and what is not.
  • Translate creative briefs and business objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts and executions.
  • Apply and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Organize, archive, and maintain design assets within shared systems and DAM tools.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate and refresh creative output.
