Overview

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you will participate in a two‑year programme that provides hands‑on training across current industry practices and next‑generation technologies, focusing on battery manufacturing safety, best practice and the complete cell value chain.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotational projects covering synthesis scale‑up, electrode formulation, cell assembly, formation/aging, cycling protocols and cell characterisation.
• Complete each rotation, typically lasting 3–6 months, and specialise in a chosen area during the second year.
• Collaborate with industry and academic partners on project engineering, research and project management.
