Access Talent Group are currently working with a well-established medium sized Civil Structural design consultancy. They are looking to bring on a Graduate Structural Engineer to their team based in Leeds. This is an opportunity for you to come into a very technically sound design team and help your own personal development and get yourself Chartered as soon as possible.

In this role you will have a packed pipeline which will include NHS contracts, insurance work, bespoke residential projects with other kinds of work in their locker such as Student Accommodations up to 20 floors. You will also have the opportunity to progress through the company very quickly with sessions each week dedicated to your own technical enhancement. Team sizes will all vary depending on the size of the project, however the smaller ones you will be able to run yourself, enhancing your own personal development.
