The Role

We are looking for a talented and driven graduate engineer to join us at ONYX. Contributing directly to the research, testing, and delivery of our next-generation hardware and sensing products. You will be hands‑on across the full product lifecycle—from research, concept design, prototyping and validation through to manufacturing support, installation, and customer trials. Working closely with engineering, supply chain, SHEQ, and global delivery teams, you’ll help solve real‑world hardware challenges, develop robust sensing and data acquisition solutions, and ensure our products are reliable, scalable, and ready for deployment in demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware research

• Research and test new solutions to hardware problems (e.g. relating to data acquisition systems, sensor technologies, data flow and installation)
• Mechanical design of test fixtures and product components
