As a Graduate Engineer, you will support the Manufacturing Engineering team in developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. This role focuses on ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety (OHS), and cost-effectiveness while supporting both new product introductions and existing product improvements. You will gain hands‑on experience in prototyping, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives, while working closely with cross‑functional teams including Product Development and Operations.
