Support Engineer - Assessment Day 26th of September

Our client is looking for STEM graduates with a genuine passion for technology to join their global Support team. As a Support Engineer , you will deliver exceptional technical solutions to the customers from first call to resolution.

All shortlisted candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day on the 26th of September at our client's offices in Bracknell.

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire (office-based, 3 days/week in the office)

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining ownership of incidents from the initial customer report to resolution.
• Prioritising and categorising faults promptly, escalating to other teams in the business where necessary.
• Delivering software or infrastructure updates.
• Following appropriate technical troubleshooting guidelines and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.
