Graduate Building Surveyor – Build Your APC Career with the Right Support
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
(Open to Assistant Building Surveyors with additional experience – salary negotiable depending on experience)

Why This Role?
I'm currently working on behalf of a well-established multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy that is continuing to invest in the growth of its Building Surveying team.
This opportunity would suit a Graduate Building Surveyor looking to develop within a respected consultancy environment, gaining exposure to both professional and project-led work while progressing towards MRICS chartership.
The team is also open to considering Assistant Building Surveyors who have already gained consultancy experience and are looking to accelerate their development within a larger practice....
