Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Project Coordination & Delivery
  • Work with our Head of Operations and support team in the project coordination of the key large-scale training and consulting projects
  • Assist in developing project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Help manage communications with clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Support the creation of reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes.
  • Be involved in project logistics, including venue booking, printing and working with 3rd parties throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Data Analysis & Research
  • Working closely with the research team on client projects supporting the analysis of large datasets to extract insights
  • Use Excel and other AI/data tools to organise, interpret, and visualise data.
