JuliusBaer is looking for a GPS Associate – a structured two‑year development journey for early‑career professionals in Singapore’s Platform & Services team.

During the programme you will rotate through two GPS teams, gain hands‑on experience, and, upon successful completion, transition to a permanent Application Support Analyst role within GPS.

• Provide day‑to‑day application support for key trading and wealth‑management business systems.
• Investigate and document root causes of common issues to support faster resolutions.
• Communicate clearly with users during incidents, keeping them informed and managing expectations.
• Collaborate within local and global teams, adhering to global IT support processes and service excellence standards.
• Contribute to team efforts in reducing manual and repetitive tasks through automation opportunities.
