Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full range of visa processes for employees and dependents including renewal, cancellation, mission family and Golden Visas ensuring compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.
- Coordinate effectively with relevant government departments to process applications, obtain approvals and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage Emirates ID registration, medical testing and related onboarding steps ensuring all employees complete legal and procedural requirements on time.
- Handle attestation and legalization through MOFA and other relevant authorities maintaining the validity and authenticity of employee documentation.
- Facilitate Power of Attorney, Notary Public and other legal documentation for employee or company matters.
- Maintain accurate internal trackers and data reports for all visa and government transactions giving HR clear visibility into timelines, renewals and compliance status.
