Role: Governance & ODD Manager

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose: To lead and manage Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) processes and Risk Governance activities for Business Banking Division (BBD). This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing risk assessments, implementing controls and supporting governance frameworks while driving operational excellence and customer‑centric processes.

Key Accountabilities of the role

Risk Governance & Control

• Maintain and update SOPs, SLAs and memos for BBD.
• Conduct regulatory gap assessments and ensure compliance with new/existing regulations.
• Monitor changes in legislation and implement necessary actions.
• Perform risk assessments for new projects, products and processes and define controls.
• Liaise with stakeholders (Ops, GCD, ITD, ORM, FRM) for corrective actions and governance initiatives.
