Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Operations leadership team in managing day-to-day operations of an Occupational Health Clinic (OHC).
- Use data-driven insights to support operational planning, workflow optimisation, and strategic decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and potential risks, and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
