Asset Finance is a growth area within GSAM Alternatives Private Credit platform. Asset Finance is a global team specializing in asset‑backed credit facilities, secured on physical and/or financial collateral. The broad range of investment mandates includes consumer loans; diversified real estate (residential & CRE); commercial credit (SME, equipment leases, trade receivables); fund finance; digital infrastructure (data centers, GPU financing, fiber, etc.). The team invests across the capital structure for third‑party managed client capital / funds.
