Job Description

At Jungbunzlauer Canada Inc. the Glucose Team Leader holds a critical leadership role in production and operations of the Glucose Plant. Using strong skills and knowledge of chemical/mechanical systems as well as leadership abilities, the Glucose Team Leader leads a team of Production Technicians that operates and optimizes production while minimizing waste. They also lead this team in quality and safety initiatives and strive for excellence in the manufacture of glucose, applying diligence and discernment in the performance of their duties.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the job holder will primarily ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Glucose plant to meet budgeted production targets.
